Privacy Policy

In line with the new GDPR guidelines Puppy Paddocks has updated its privacy policy.  

We take the security of your data seriously. Your login details (email address and phone number(s)) are necessary for our booking system to enable us to contact you regarding vaccination records, timeslot reminders, First Visit notes, any problems with your booking/timeslot or any other emails relating to your booking with or visit to Puppy Paddocks. By registering on our booking calendar and completing a booking  you are opting in and agreeing to Puppy Paddocks keeping your data.  We have an 'opt in or out' option on our registration and booking forms. This allows you to opt in or out of agreeing to the privacy policy, terms and conditions and receiving news and updates about Puppy Paddocks by email or text.  However, if you do not agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy we will be unable to hold your details and will therefore not be able to process your booking and your registration details and booking will be deleted. (If you only opt out of allowing us to send you news and updates, we will still keep your details for the purpose of your bookings but you will not be send any updates).  Any other details provided on the registration/booking form is entirely for our own interest and use. You can access, view and edit your registration information through your account on the booking system at any time. 

Your data will never be sold, leased or shared with any third party.

From 15th May 2018 each new booking form will allow you to either opt in or out of allowing Puppy Paddocks to contact you by email or text to announce news or events relating to Puppy Paddocks. If you check to opt out of receiving our news/events, please note that we will keep your data for a maximum of six months. If in those six months you have never visited Puppy Paddocks, we will delete all your data from our booking system. If you check the opt out selection but do visit Puppy Paddocks we will keep your information for as long as you use the paddock, (or up to one year after your last visit unless you contact us to remove your data before one year has passed) but we will not contact you with news/events.  Details removed from the booking system will still be kept on file for the minimum time allowed for tax purposes.

Any new/events will also be shared via social media platforms especially our Facebook public and group pages.  If you follow, like or join the group pages or social media platforms, Puppy Paddocks will consider this to be affirmation of your consent for any comments or photos you post to be shared among Puppy Paddocks related pages (please note we do not have control over others sharing your photos,comments etc if shared on our public page) unless you notify us by email as otherwise. By messaging Puppy Paddocks, it is deemed that you have given us permission to contact you via the same message thread unless you inform us otherwise. You have the right to leave or unfollow any or all Puppy Paddocks social media accounts as you wish. 

Your contact data is held electronically by our booking system and in Outlook.  We do not hold your information in our website.  Our website, Supersaas and Outlook are fully encrypted, password protected, and your data can only be viewed by yourself and Puppy Paddocks administrators.  A copy is also backed up to an ecrypted recovery system. 

Payments on the booking page are made through PayPal who have their own privacy policy. By signing up to use PayPal you are agreeing to their policy.  Any BACS payments are covered by Nationwide (us) or your bank/building society.
